Shipping and Tracking

Yes, all of our shipments are tracked. You will receive an “order completed” email with a tracking link when your order is shipped. If for some reason your order confirmation email did not include a tracking number, please contact us and we will do our best to troubleshoot the issue.

Our orders are fulfilled by our printing partners across North America, and fulfillment times will vary depending on your location and the exact items you order (some fulfillment centres do not carry certain items, and therefore the order may come from a fulfillment centre that is farther away from you). Once you have placed your order, it will take approximately 2-5 days to have your order fulfilled by our printing partner.

Once your order is fulfilled and dispatched to a carrier, shipping times can take up to 2-3 weeks depending on the origin and destination. Currently, due to COVID-19, shipping times have been delayed worldwide, and it may take slightly longer to receive your order. We thank you for your patience and support.

Yes, our products are available worldwide via our printing and distribution partners.

Whenever you order a product that ships internationally, there is potential for the order to be flagged by customs, who then require payment upon delivery. Since our printing partners have fulfillment centres across North America, the origin of your order may be in Canada, the United States, or Mexico depending on the exact items in your order, and the shipping destination.

Unfortunately, we cannot account for potential customs fees in our pricing and our shipping fees do not cover these import charges. We are constantly evaluating our shipping and product pricing in order to keep costs low while sustainably supporting our charitable initiatives.

Returns and Exchanges

We don’t accept returns or exchanges unless there is a clear quality issue with the product that we shipped. Because we donate partial proceeds to various charitable initiatives, it is prohibitively expensive to do returns or exchanges. We strongly recommend that you check the information about the shirt/item, and please be careful about what you order so there aren’t sizing issues.

However, we do know that quality issues do occasionally happen and we’re willing to accommodate as best we can. If there is a quality control issue with an item in your order, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a solution.

Shipping is a $9.99 flat rate for anywhere in the USA or Canada, or a $20 flat rate for anywhere else. Due to the nature of our order fulfillment model, depending on the country and the items in your order, our shipping can be a good deal or bad deal.

We do know that paying $10 for shipping a $30 t-shirt is a high shipping rate. However, if you get a few friends together from your gym/team and place an order as a group, you can reduce shipping costs to a quite low rate by bundling the shipping. Obviously it’s up to you to deal with the money collection and distribution to each other, we just treat it as if an individual ordered the items and let you handle the rest from there.

Product Information

This is a question we get all the time. Most of our wearable products are sourced from Bella and Canvas, American Apparel, or Gildan. In all cases, our base products have been carefully chosen with our consumers in mind and every garment we sell has been quality tested before going live on our store. To us, our garments are extremely comfortable and fit great, whether worn during a training session or casually in the street. Where possible, we have included sizing information to help you with your purchase.

We are constantly evaluating our product line and looking to add items and designs that resonate with our customers. We are currently working with our fulfillment partners to add weightlifting accessories to the store (wrist wraps, lifting straps, knee sleeves, training shorts, etc). Due to the customization required for these designs, these items will likely be custom order only. If you have any ideas for items you would like to see in our store, feel free to contact us with your suggestions.

Most of our items are currently fulfilled via a print-on-demand service. This means we do not carry stock, and therefore our items are always available except for rare occasions where our print suppliers run out of specific size/colour combinations of a blank garment.

When we add our weightlifting accessories to the store, these will be largely be custom-order only as these items require custom manufacturing. If we have any excess items in stock from a custom order, these will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis with limited availability until a new custom order is placed.

Other

For our philanthropic efforts, we carefully choose worthy causes to contribute to. In general, we strive to support local businesses, marginalized communities and overall good people. Each charitable initiative that we choose to support resonates with us deeply for one reason or another.

Currently, we are donating partial proceeds to support mental health access for athletes and coaches. In sport, hyper-masculinity and “mental toughness” are often preached as prerequisites for success, and asking for professional help is often seen as a sign of weakness. However, the pressure that comes from competition and training can be immense and the challenges experienced by those in sport are unique. 

In order to promote healthy bodies, minds, and communities, we are proud to provide moral and financial support for any athlete or coach in need.
